7 Day Budget Meal Plan 

Healthy eating can be misconceived as being super expensive however eating healthy can actually be cheaper than buying lots of processed foods if you know what to cook and how. This 7 day plan is packed with seasonal ingredients and recipes you can cook once and eat again the next day. I love to do a Sunday prep ahead of the week to keep me on track and start the week off right.


I haven't included snacks in this plan but recommend a handful of nuts or fruit each day. 


Top tip - if you are on a budget shop seasonal for fruit and bulk buy nuts as it usually works out much cheaper. The world food aisle is also one of my favorites for spices and pulses.
